Compac srl informs you that your personal data ("data") will be processed as follows:
The collection and processing of data is done by Compac srl for the following purposes:
- warranty management and technical support, pre and post sales
- marketing and advertising
- sending information and promotional material
- web-tracking and statistical analysis for marketing purposes
- assessment of customer satisfaction
- calls for courses and events
The processing of data for the aforesaid purposes will take place with both automated and non-automated approaches, and in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law. Data can be viewed and used by third parties, if this is necessary for the service requested by the owners of the data.
Data can be processed on behalf of Compac srl, by employees, professionals or companies responsible for carrying out specific processing services or activities complementary to those of Compac srl, necessary to implement the Compac srl’s operations and services.
The conferment of data is entirely optional. Any refusal to provide data will not lead to any consequence except for inability to use the services offered by Compac srl. The current Italian regulatory provisions regarding the privacy are granting the following rights:

- to obtain the cancellation or the blocking, or the updating, or the correction or the integration of these data
- to prevent, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data
- to prevent the processing of data for commercial, advertising or market researches
